At Hood Greetings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
